Mtetezi application is a tool used for data collection in the reporting of incidences and sending quick response alerts to get help in case of an incident.
With Mtetezi the user can send a panic alert to the administrator by clicking the panic button within the application. The administrator will then review the details and take the appropriate action.
All the relevant incident details can be recorded in the Mtetezi application. In addition there is the option to attach media such as:
All the data collected is geo-tagged with the GPS location of the incident occurrence. The data can also be recorded and stored offline and synced later to the Mtetezi cloud server once there is Internet connectivity.

The Mtetezi application provides the user with an option to record feedback such as a comment or report any errors on the app. This ensures the administrator can quickly resolve any problems faced by the users.
Search and download the Mtetezi application from the Google Playstore or Apple App store to your device.

Mtetezi currently supports localization of both English and Swahili languages on the mobile app. Users have the option of switching between the two languages in the language section of the app.
Mtetezi supports offline storage of data when there is poor or no Internet connectivity. This data is stored securely in the smartphone's memory and can be synced to the Mtetezi database on the cloud once there is Internet connectivity.
Yes, you need to have your GPS settings on your smartphone turned on to record geo-tagged data. Make sure the GPS location mode is set to device only for high accuracy. Also make sure you're not under any buildings or trees when collecting data.
